Introducing Context: an AI research workspace whose citations link only to your sources

Narrative Axis began as a practice in translation, editing, and cross-cultural communication. The same conviction that shaped that work, that language is interpretive work and demands rigor, led us to build a product: Context, an AI research workspace for people who have to defend every reference.

Context works from the sources you add, not from a web search. Upload a PDF, paste a DOI or a link, or import a library from Zotero or BibTeX. Each source gets a structured analysis: a two-level summary, the main argument, methods, key findings, limitations, and claims tagged by evidence type and confidence, with extracted passages that carry a page reference where one could be found. Compare two to eight sources for agreements, disagreements, methodological differences, and gaps. Then draft from them: a literature review, an annotated bibliography, a thematic synthesis, a comparison table, research questions, or a chapter outline.

One rule runs through all of it. A citation can link only to one of your sources, and opening it shows that source and the passages extracted from it. An (Author, Year) citation that matches none of your sources is marked "Needs verification". The model can still make a mistake, so every citation is yours to check before it enters your thesis. Outputs are drafts; the thinking stays with you.

Context is fully Arabic or fully English, interface and generated text alike, and it was built first for Arabic-speaking graduate students in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, whose supervisors check. There is a free plan with no card, and paid plans are one-time access periods, with no auto-renewal. Alongside the product, Context publishes practical Arabic guides on literature reviews, the theoretical framework, the methodology chapter, responding to a supervisor's feedback, and reference managers.
