Narrative Axis ("we") is a translation, editing and narrative consulting practice based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This notice explains what personal data we collect through narrativeaxis.com, why, and what rights you have. It follows the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and, for visitors elsewhere, the general principles of the GDPR.
Manuscripts, theses and other files you send are treated as confidential. We use them only for the work you asked for, do not share them with third parties, and delete working copies when the engagement ends unless you ask us to keep them.
Both act on our instructions under their own data processing terms. Sending data to these providers means it may be transferred outside Saudi Arabia.
Inquiry details for 24 months from the last contact, then deleted unless an engagement followed. Engagement records for the period required by Saudi commercial and tax rules. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short rolling period.
You can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@narrativeaxis.com. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
